Refund and Returns Policy

1. Research Integrity & Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of lyophilized peptides (such as Cagrilintide, SS-31, and Epithalon) and the strict temperature and storage requirements necessary to maintain their structural integrity, we cannot accept returns for products once they have left our controlled UK-based supply chain. This “No Return” policy is a safety measure to ensure that every researcher receives materials that are guaranteed to be “factory-corrected” and uncontaminated.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take immense pride in our quality control, but if an error occurs, we will resolve it immediately:

  • Damaged Goods: If a vial arrives compromised or the vacuum seal is broken, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a compound different from the one ordered, do not open the protective packaging. Contact our support team for a priority replacement.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If your order fails to arrive due to a logistics error on our part.

  • Verified Purity Issues: In the rare event that a batch does not meet our HPLC purity standard of ≥99%, and this is verified by an independent laboratory analysis, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we prioritize next-day dispatch from our UK hub to keep your research on track, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet reached the “Processing” or “Shipped” status. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or recalled.

5. Storage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the degradation of products due to improper handling or storage once delivered. All research peptides must be stored at -20°C to maintain their 36-month shelf life as specified in our technical profiles.
